No-Man’s-Lands Journal Day 6 (Travel Diary Day 270)

The land of Argentina is calling. Our flights to Buenos Aires, if all goes according to plan, will be booked tonight for the 1st of May. Before that, however, we have a short adventure in the Scottish Highlands starting tomorrow morning for a couple of days.

My transition back into English life hasn’t been a smooth one. I feel, for one reason or another, unsettled. Usually these pit-stops are wonderful refueling occasions that often include too many welcome home drinks. Not this time.

I feel like I need to get back out there…somewhere…anywhere – just not standing still.

5 weeks in Argentina and Chile, 6 or 7 in the US and 3 or so in Canada – hopefully that will bring me back into equilibrium.

On another note, I finally added a Wacom Intuos5 to my list of expensive stuff that people can steal off us 🙂 It looks like an exciting piece of kit!

Today’s Photo – Overlooking the graveyard

Le Mont St. Michel graveyard, being looked over by the dominating abbey that’s sits on top of the island.

This is an HDR created with 3 handheld brackets, processed in Photomatix and selectively edited using advanced luminosity mask selections.
