An Empty Train Station
French Journal Day 128 (Travel Diary Day 208)
I’ve been staring my computer screen for an hour in the vein hope of writing something interesting. Usually the words flow out of my mind and onto the screen without too much energy. This, I imagine, is a sign that we need to inject more adventure into our lives. We are still hemmed in by bad weather and four months living in relatively rural French areas has taken its toll.
It’s time for a change…
I have been relatively productive recently. I’m planning something big, well, big for the world of HDR, I hope. It will require a lot of organising but I can’t tell you how excited I am about it.
In the meantime, I leave you with today’s photo – A tiny French train station.

Wow, what a shot! I love it. I love the color of the fog. Very well done.
Thank you very much Don. I had the White Balance set to tungsten here.
So romantic! I wish to be there now waiting for a train : )
It has a very quaint, romantic feel to it during the day too. There’s rarely anyone there 😉
This week after 3 months of tranquillity, the romantic peace was shattered by trains once again eating into their daily timetables !
I think these trains are a myth. 4 weeks we spent there and we never heard or saw one. Maybe you’re going doollally Mike!
Yes, maybe I should consider changing to something a bit better than the really ,really cheap wine !!
